Sani Pass

Well we've done Swaziland and ZuluLand and have just arrived at SaniPass.
On the way out of Kruger we Had a great viewing of a pair of Black Rhino,
it was a real treat, the ride to Swaziland was OK we visited a School One that the driver decided on the spur of the moment it was a good L&D we visited three classes and spoke with three teachers and the deputy head Oscar. I will Add photos soon.
We stayed at a new Zulu Culture Village Called Shaka Land I was Very happy as the rooms are way better the only problem was they are not used to two Night stay overs so the guests got a little board but got some rest time.
we will try some activities next time we were hampered by rain this time.
the Ric Shaw rides went well and the Spice market was a hit as well as the Lunch of curry and rice.
The drive to the Drakensburg was long and a few unhappy people but its on the itinerary so we are here.
Tomorrow up the Pass then Thursday we fly to Cape town .
that's all for now.

Kruger park day 1

Well what a day
We got to the Paul Kruger gate saw Hippo, Elephant, Crocodile and Impala all is great
we see rhino bufallo in the far distance Zebra and Giraffe its 39deg C but a great day
we see an Elephant but we can get closer so we drive around and in the shade 2 Lions wow what a way to top the day of.
We take a while then go turn the bus around where the Elephant was but no longer sit on the bridge take more photos then a car wants to pass so Given the driver tries to let the car pass but the back wheel slips of the cement crossing bang now we are stuck cant phone anyone no reception cant get out as the lions are only 30 meters away.
Finally someone asks and gives me a lift to the top of the road so I could phone the lodge, they say they can only pick up the guests but cant help pull the bus as if something happens they will be held responsible,They take me back to the bus and good bye they are gone, great so now I am getting worked up i tell given to watch the lions I will check what the problem is the bus is resting on the diff.
out with the Jack and the operation starts, Parks board stops and asks what happening Given tells them they almost open their door when Given says look out there's lions, bye bye they gone, another truck stops and offered to keep an eye on the lions whilst we try lift the bus out. the camp vans arrive as well as a Rhino and a 1month old baby,Great, more trouble we transfer the guests good bye they go,
given and i start and about an hour later finally get the bus out now the lions start to show some interest I am left standing as the bus spins its way out and two lions watching me the people in the truck shouting to me to climb in the car.
Finally got to the camp hot as hell and every one happy to see we made it alive.
